Yum! BBQ.

So let's start with some wonderful, juicy, melt in your mouth bar-b-que.   This has to be the first discussion especially since I smoked some babyback ribs today.  Using the 2-2-1 method seems to create a perfectly tender rack.  I had 3 racks and rubbed each with a different mixture -   1) Rendezvous, 2) 3 Beer BBQ Rub, and 3) Bone Suckin Sauce rub.




The winner, although they are all good, is ....
