What would life be without BBQ? 

     Whether it's babyback ribs, pork butt (shoulder), chicken, or even brisket.  You can't go wrong spending the day slow cooking by your barbque grill of choice and of course, consuming a few of our favorite beverages.  Over the next few weeks, I am going to be making bbq using several cuts of meat including those mentioned above (ribs, pork butt, chicken, and brisket).  Ultimately working toward a favorites list of  rubs, sauces and even smoke.  That's right, even experimenting with various cuts of wood.  Most likely these will be cherry, apple and hickory.  What I hope to provide in the end is a list a readily available products that create great bar-b-que at home.
